haematoma

Since Endopeel Techniques exist ( now around 19years) and in the whole world, none case of haematoma has been reported.
There is among physicians, who are not surgeons, a big confusion between haematoma and ecchymosis.
A haematoma is a surgical emergency and need the evacuation of the blood in a dead space and to find the vessel which is bleeding to stop the haemorrhage.
So nothing to do with ecchymosis !
